Biography

Aaron Wright is the founding attorney of Wright Counsel, PLLC. His practice focuses on business planning, corporate law, and estate planning, guiding entrepreneurs, family-owned businesses, and individuals through structuring, protecting, and transitioning their enterprises and personal legacies. He advises clients on entity formation, contract drafting and negotiation, governance, compliance and succession planning, with a particular focus on tax planning to preserve wealth across generations.

  • Aaron brings more than 15 years of experience across the full spectrum of business, tax, and estate-related legal matters. His background includes federal and international tax compliance, planning, and audit defense, as well as extensive work advising clients on entity formation, governance, contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, and succession strategy.

    He has represented both domestic and multinational companies in complex communications with government agencies, resolved disputes at the federal and state levels, and guided organizations through high-stakes examinations and appeals.

    This broad foundation directly informs the services Wright Counsel provides today — from business planning and general counsel support to estate planning, probate, succession planning, and tax-efficient wealth preservation.
